"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "I have never loved a hotel more. The staff are constantly trying to make sure you have the best day of your life. The facilities are gorgeous, the room is comfortable and clean, the food is amongst the best on the island and the spa is top notch. I absolutely loved my stay and I will come back! Special thanks to the concierge also who went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend"

"Pool was lovely and warm and the area is lovely with the bar. There was lots of pool inflatables to float on. Restaurant was nice with outside seating area too, food amazing. Breakfast was from 8am to 10.30am which I loved as didn’t have to rush to get up. They had good entertainment on an evening on the patio which was well attended. We had a breakfast box to take to the airport as we were leaving early but it wasn’t nice so wouldn’t recommend that. A great place to stay, if I return I would stay in a room with patio overlooking the pool."

There was also a lovely beach within walking distance, with very clean water and fine, soft sand. The local market was very close by, which was very convenient. The area was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were excellent, professional, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it."
